    • Concept proposals – 3 > Final design proposal – 1
    • Final Design to be non-infringing on the date of delivery

    Cost structure

    Fixed monthly retainer

    Royalty 3.5%

    Payment Models:

    Upfront: Complete payment at the time of delivery

    • 50% at project initiation
    • 50% at final delivery

    Deferred: Part of the payment to be made in tranches

    • 50% at project initiation
    • 30% at final delivery
    • 20% over 2 installments

    Contingency / Royalty based: Linked to number of actual sales of the pack/system
